KUALA LUMPUR, HERE WE COME…

CHINATOWN, KUALA LUMPUR

Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia is a special market to shopping. All tourists must go there. The original Chinatown of KL was established during the British colonial days in the Petaling Street area as a settlement site for the Chinese community in KL. For years the area maintains much of its traditional atmosphere, with a Buddhist temple and shops selling incense, gems, traditional medicines as well as famous Chinese eateries.

Just outside Central Market is a riverside amphitheater, a venue for traditional dance displays, wayang kulit (shadow puppet shows) and more contemporary entertainment.
